Piano, taught properly
MasterVibz Academy teaches piano through a structured curriculum built on Body, Ear, Keys and Sound, with real stage assessments, not just weekly lessons that drift. In Lagos, or live online.
Enrol Now →How we teach
Before a single note matters, the body has to be right: arm weight, not finger jabbing, and a seat and posture that can hold for forty-five minutes without strain. This is the part most lessons skip. We don’t.
A student who can sing a melody back before playing it already knows the piece. We train the ear deliberately, with interval drills and echo-singing, so the fingers are always following something the mind already hears.
Knowing the instrument itself: every note found instantly, both clefs read without hesitation, hands moving with intention rather than searching. Fluency here is what makes everything after it possible.
The point of all three pillars before it. Dynamic contrast, a stated character before the first note, playing that sounds like music rather than an exercise. This is what a parent actually hears in the room.
Programmes
Every programme follows the same four-pillar curriculum and stage assessments. The difference is structure and flexibility.

Who teaches
Every MasterVibz teacher is accredited stage by stage through our own certification programme, renewed annually rather than awarded once and forgotten. Your child's teacher is qualified for the specific stage they're teaching today.
